Guidelines

Note: No registrations will be accepted after the Registration due date. (11:59 PM (EDT) February 4, 2009)

Stage 1: Registration

To enter the Contests, you must register on-line at http://www.apex.pr/reto2-0/registration.

Fill out the information requested in said form including your and your parents’ or legal guardian’s (if applicable) name, address, daytime telephone number, email address, mailing address, physical address, date of birth, name of university in which you are enrolled and your status, and the parental or legal guardian’s consent (if applicable), (collectively, “Entry” or “Entries”). 

Following the registration process, you will receive a confirmation notice via e-mail and additional information regarding the challenge to help you get started.

Registration starts on December 20, 2008 and ends at 11:59 PM (EDT) February 4, 2009 (the “Registration due date”). No registrations will be accepted after the Registration due date.

Stage 2: Solution Proposal

The second stage of the contest requires that the participating team submit a written description of their proposed solution to the challenge set forth in the first stage.  The proposals will be evaluated and approved by the Presenters using the criteria described on Section 7 of the Rules.  ONLY the proposals that are approved qualify to continue on to the third and final stage of the contest. 

You must complete and submit the following:
1.     One Proposal Template Form per Team.
2.     A signed copy of the Proposal Requirements Form. One per team member.
3.     One Exhibit-A(TEAM ENTRY FORM) per team/individual.

Those documents need to be submitted no later than 11:59 PM (EDT) February 4, 2009.
